Network Operations Center Relocation Project
  • Assisted client in resource planning, risk analysis, scheduling and implementing a major renovation and relocation project.
  • Relocated over 200 servers, including AS/400, and related copper and fiber networking equipment.
  • All relocation occurred within a 24x7 operations environment without disrupting day-to-day activities.

Point-of-Sale Replacement Project
  • Installed over 100 cash registers in 17 stores within 5 days without interrupting store operation.
  • Testing and evaluated POS software.
  • Created applications to test POS hardware components.

Work Flow Development Project
  • Created software to capture and measure the movement of documents within an organization.
  • Created a marketing and technical team which assisted our clients marketing efforts.

Pulp Mill Inventory Development Project
  • Created an inventory system using wireless terminals to produce real-time reporting.

  • Designed Lumber Industry accounting software for the AS/400 platform.

Database Conversion Project
  • Converted complex corporate database (Network Database) to an SQL database format.
  • Created interfaces between mainframe database and desktop computers.

Technology Review Project
  • Performed a risk assessment contract for a Canadian bank to determine the management capabilities of a young technology company.
